Semlin, which is surrounded by an idyllic countryside, offers more than just water and nature attractions for its visitors. The village is first mentioned in 1441 and today very famous for its sailing facilities. People who want to relax or discover the pure nature with its forests, meadows and fields, might enjoy the wandering and cycling lanes.

Tourists and people looking for recovery find a huge variety of sights and freetime activities. These include the half-timbered church, which is built in 1730, and the summer festival. It takes place every year on the last weekend of July. An attraction for sportive people is the excellent golf course. Visitors of Semlin have a big choice of gastronomic services.

Due to the well-developed infrastructure one can easily reach Berlin and Potsdam (car, train).
